Frequently Asked Questions

All platters are made to order & customizable.  Every event is different and we can accommodate to most budgets and requests. 
Please try to place your order 2-3 days in advance, especially if it's during the week or a holiday. 

Local pickup in the Nashville/Nolensville, Brentwood, Franklin area) Pickup is preferred, or delivery is available (within reason) for additional charge.

ALLERGENS & ETC: Our Products contain nuts & dairy. Any allergies should be communicated before purchase. List any special instructions in the Special Instructions section on the Request A Graze page to communicate this info.


Please be sure items are kept refrigerated until the event begins. Meats & Cheeses should not be left out for more than two hours. 

Absolutely, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pork-free upon request. Please contact us to discuss specifications and special pricing.


ORDERING: The Grazing Table Nashville will advise serving size to suit your gathering. However, please keep in mind that these are estimated portion sizes for snacking.


For larger parties and Grazing Tables, we recommend at least 14 days notice for larger tables, the sooner the better for our workload purposes. We will do our best to accommodate all our customers & are sometimes able to commit to a last minute board! You have the option to add on a $15 rush fee if needed. This will allow you to receive your board within 24 hours.

PAYMENT: The Grazing Table Nashville currently accepts:  Cash, VENMO, CashApp


PICK UP: Our Grazing Boards, Platters and Boxes are meant to be served fresh. Pick up is advised for the day of event to ensure quality. We highly suggest having a clean, flat surface in your car to aid transport. Please keep in mind many of our boards and platters are large. Changing orders from Pick-Up to Delivery with less than 7 days notice is subject to availability and will result in additional charges. 

We offer wood boards and wood trays/platters, please inquire.  We offer boards for rent for a small fee and requires a refundable deposit. Rentals must be returned within 48 hours or as agreed upon. Once the board has been returned, we will refund your deposit within 24 hours.
